Melrose Makeover

A message from your Pastor…

Melrose Makeover…

We are experiencing some growing pains here at the POINT and this truly excites me. Starting this week, we are beginning a giving campaign that will help us raise funding for our Melrose Building.
We are calling this our Melrose Makeover. We have plans to completely renovate the upper floors and finish out the offices and create two large multi purpose rooms.

Many of you know John and Barbara Jones from Martinsville Indiana and Alan and Joyce Kelso from Kearny Missouri. They will be moving on campus in December and January. They are going to help us with the makeover. These amazing couples did a wonderful job last spring in the renovation of our stage, office and POINT kids area and we are looking forward to them becoming a part of our POINT family again to help us create more usable space.

We are going to concentrate initially on the inside of the Melrose building. This renovation will cost us some money and we feel strongly about not incurring any debt here at the POINT. We need the space for discipleship so I am asking that each of you pray about how you are going to give. We feel like we need to raise about $3000 to be able to complete this project so I am asking that you prayerfully consider how you will support this wonderful cause.

Please do not divert your money from your regular giving. The general budget is tight as we are small and new. We are just now making our required budget each week and we need to continue this so that we can meet our obligations. I am asking that you prayerfully consider how you can give to the Melrose Makeover above and beyond your regular tithe. We are believing that God will use HIS people to raise the funds to complete this needed project that will help us open up more ministry space. I love you all and I am looking forward to seeing how God is going to bless through his people.
