Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus

I love this beautiful old song. It is a reminder to me each day to consider the simplicity of my relationship with Jesus. I can go back to the time when my life was radically changed because of my faith. This event brings peace and comfort to me when my soul is troubled. All I have to do is trust in Him.

Because You Asked

I like talking about the gospel. I like letting Jesus’ light shine before everyone that I meet.

I truly want to be salt and light in a dark and bland world. Since I talk a lot about the gospel…people often ask WHY LIVE IT OUT?

Revival of Prayer

Tonight (4/8) we are going to suspend our normal family life group and spend the hour praying and worshiping. Pastor Bernabe will be joining us also with the ALIVE group in the worship center at 6:30.

Overwhelmed by love…Please consider helping

We serve an amazing God!

I wanted to take a few minutes this morning to express how I feel about my church family. I am daily overwhelmed at the outpouring of love of those who have chosen The Point to be their missional outpost.

Testify Tuesday

testify

For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the testimony given at the proper time. 7 For this I was appointed a preacher and an apostle (I am telling the truth, I am not lying) as a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth. 8 Therefore I want the men in every place to pray, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and dissension. (1 Timothy 2:5-8)

Faith Check….

Faith is risky business…

Have you ever thought about…faith assumes risk.

Faith requires an individual to trust.

Faith demands that we believe in something that we may not always see or understand.

Faith is risky business…

We are getting ready to fly…

lets fly

To the wonderful People of the POINT!

I almost continually astonished at the amazing grace of our God…

I know what you may be thinking…I shouldn’t be thunderstruck at all that God is doing…

But I have to admit that sometimes, God’s unmerited favor overwhelms me.
